- Abstract
The article presents the "Fit for Life" study conducted in Germany which examines the behavior of adolescents and young adults in terms of health, leisure time, working life, and physical fitness. The author explains that the study consists three modules such as the anonymized written surveys, physical measurements and tests of physical fitness. The study indicates that the prevalence rates of overweight occur in men aged 20 to 25 years.
