- Abstract
Social Capital takes part as a concept argues that there is actually a response of the relations that have been going on since before among the constituent people of society. This study is aimed at determining that owners of hotel businesses and the managers of these hotels have the social networks they have are used as a way of providing customer. For this aim to be realized the owners of the all hotels which are running in Gaziantep city are involved and their directors who work in administrative level and contribute to sales and marketing directly were being interviewed. The questionnaire form developed for this study was applied to 174 people who are owners and directors of the hotel businesses in between October and August of 2016. At the end of the study, social networks of the owners and the directors of the hotel businesses have been found to be influential in the supply of customers. Nevertheless, networks that affect to provide customer at the highest level consist of informal networks are found findings.
