- Abstract
This article discusses various issues related to the use of global positioning system (GPS) tracking on post-incarceration sex offenders in the U.S. The article makes specific reference of several U.S. Supreme court cases including Saenz v. Roe, United States v. Polouizzi and United States v. Knotts. It further informs about a proposed statute for constitutional tracking of sex offenders.
