The article discusses informant testimony and its impact or contribution to wrongful conviction. Also cited are the various cases of wrongful convictions due to false informant testimony in the U.S., how courts handle informant testimony, how unreliable testimony guided judges' wrongful convictions, and the types of informants, namely, jailhouse informants, accomplice witnesses, and cooperating witnesses.
