The article presents information on Brownfield and its redevelopment in comparison to the national trend with that of Menomonee Valley. It discusses the redevelopment highlighting the success and failures of the development. It explains the composition of Brownfield and examines the various cleanup methods by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). It also presents the federal and state laws governing the environmental cleanup.
