- Abstract
The article focuses on the reforms to the child abuse disclosure law to cope up with growing cases of child abuse in the state of New York. It examines various cases related to the disclosures made by child victims of sexual abuse. It suggests about inclusion of a new child abuse hearsay exception in the New York law to protect child victims from prejudicial exclusion of evidence in sex abuse trials.
