Title
The Governor's speech at the Great Hall, Winchester.
Abstract
The article focuses on the effects of inflation on the economy of Great Britain. Globalization has increased world supplies of manufactured goods and capital as well as labor force. The prices of consumer goods imported into Great Britain has fallen by around one third relative to the average prices of other goods and services. Inflation will not be stable as long as individual prices move around so much.
