- Abstract
The article looks at a study which validate sensitivity and specificity of difference between inspiratory and expiratory respiratory reactance for the identification of flow-limited breaths in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It mentions difference between inspiratory and expiratory respiratory reactance measured by the forced oscillation technique (FOT) at noninvasively detects expiratory flow limitation (EFLT) breath by breath.
