- Abstract
The article focuses on the regulation of marketplace of information is consistent with freedom of speech and can protect the normative values under the First Amendment. Topics discussed include U.S. Supreme Court decision in the case Sorrell v. IMS Health Inc. related to the commercial speech for the use of pharmacy data, importance of open-source licensing such as protection of personal privacy and autonomy, and how Supreme Court deals with new technologies for regulations of data mining.
