- Abstract
The article presents a case report of a 61-year-old male who was referred to the ophthalmologist for nighttime glare and decreased visual acuity complaints. His medical history indicates asthma, osteoarthritis, kidney stones, and gastric ulcers and his medication records showed contributing effects to the ocular pathology. He was scheduled for cataract extraction and intraocular lens (IOL) replacement and diagnosed with a drug-related complication of cataract surgery called floppy iris syndrome.
