The article discusses the extensive acceptance of individual productivity technologies which has smeared the boundaries among work and private life in New Zealand. Technological innovations such as the Internet, cell phones and other electronic devices, have become far and wide but the use and impact of these technologies have not been generally explored. It categorizes management issues of importance to the organizations for managing employees.
