- Abstract
In this paper a procedure of cyclic remote state preparation of three different qubits in three different locations is described. There is initially no quantum connectivity between the three parties situated in the three spatially separated locations. The protocol is overseen by a Controller who acts towards the end of the process. There is a Mentor who initiates the protocol. Initially the Mentor is connected with the other participants through separate entanglements. An act of measurement by the Mentor creates entanglement between the parties after which the protocol proceeds. There are several possible courses of the protocol in each of which there are 16 possible cases.
