- Abstract
This Letter deals with wire antennas radiating in the vicinity of an impedance surface. The use of impedance surfaces has been suggested, for instance, in the context of antenna reflectors. In this Letter a numerical surface impedance model is introduced. Some radiation patterns are calculated to validate the model. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
