- Abstract
The article discusses the study which investigates the polyphenol composition of aqueous ethanol (EtOH) extracts of three berry species Vaccinium oxycoccus (V. oxycoccus), V. vitis-idaea, and V. myrtillus. The study collected berries in Russia from August-September 2014 that were extracted with ethanol and evaporated. Result shows several phenolic compounds in the berries which include gallic acid, tyrosol, and kaempferol.
