- Abstract
The article discusses what the author refers to as the success of Chile's antitrust policy as of 2016, and it mentions the Chilean government's role in the nation's economy, as well as information about Chile's competition law. Merger control and anti-competitive practices are addressed, along with public antitrust law enforcement and prosecutions of cartel-related cases in Chile. The history of economic development in Chile is assessed, along with the nation's Antitrust Commission.
