The article examine the need of broadening of problem-solving courts from adjudicating cases to changing the future behavior of litigants and ensuring the well-being of the communities in the U.S. Topics discussed include little reach of problem-solving courts to litigants; the problem-solving courts legal and medical approach to crime; and different processing track of such courts due to not adversarial problem-solving approach.
