- Abstract
The article reports on the findings of the study titled "Small Babies, Short Changed: Are We Ensuring the Best Start for Babies Born Too Soon in Scotland" that was released by premature baby charity Bliss. The report has revealed that the demand for nurses' time had increased five percent against a rise in nursing staff of only one percent in 2006. It states that the Scottish government was urged to support the Scottish National Health Service (NHS) to achieve the best possible care for the sick and premature babies.
