The article examines the contents of the B 158 Seleucid-period manuscript of the bilingual Balag prayer Ukkin-ta es-bar til-la that was discovered at Babylon in 1902. Also cited are how the prayer calls for a unique literary request for revenge against an enemy in the mountain lands based on Nabu theology, and the studies by F. H. Weissbach and O. Pedersén of B 158.
