- Abstract
The article addresses the resolution which states that periodicals continuing to publish advertisements, determined by such commission to be fraudulent, should be subject to fine and exclusion from the mails of the U.S. until such misleading and fraudulent advertisements be excluded. Topics discussed include criticism on the attempt of the American Medical Association to throttle independent medical journalism, and adoption of the resolution by the National Association of Piano Dealers.
