The article presents research on various topics related to athlete mental health, including youth athlete mental health, psychosocial predictors of injury and injury outcomes, specialization and burnout in young athletes, and the implications of Name, Image, and Likeness rights in student-athletes. It also explores the benefits of physical activity for mental health and the potential role of mindfulness in improving well-being and reducing injury risk in athletes. The aim of the article is to inform sports medicine clinicians and contribute to the care of young athletes.
