- Abstract
The article presents a study which developed an evaluation tool that could be implemented at multiple academic medical centers running diabetes Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes (ECHO) programs focused on type 2 diabetes management. Topics discussed include participant characteristics by site, changing clinicians' prescribing habits, and results of participation across multiple diabetes ECHO programs with a focus on type 2 diabetes management.
