- Abstract
The article focuses on the consideration of the theory and literature of judicial leadership in the common law world and reflecting the leadership philosophies of Australian judges. It mentions categorisation of leadership in extra-curial activities such as intellectual, institutional, collaborative and individualist and exploration of that complex and often times elusory relationship between the character, talents, proclivities and interests.
