- Abstract
The article focuses on nature of professional ethics and synergies lie between professional, corporate and public service ethics and prima facie tensions between each ethic's overall nature, specific obligations and broad values. It mentions potential tension between professional, private and public ethics and common morality, role-requirements, social contract, and integrity. It also mentions executive decision-making would be to pursue a synthesis of the professional code.
