The article explores the impact of advances in genetics and neuroscience on criminal law in Australia. Topics discussed include need of expansion of the role of law as the primary determinant of criminality; disability discrimination laws in Australia; and increase in the diagnosis of Australians with disabilities; and include challenging behavior, such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
