- Abstract
Flow cytometric immunophenotyping (FCI) has become an essential analysis in the multidisciplinary diagnosis of B, T and NK chronic lymphoproliferative syndromes (CLS). Each LPS is characterised by immunological profiles that have been widely described in the literature, and which are progressively enriched with the improved knowledge of the pathophysiology of these LPS. In this atlas, the immunological profiles of the most frequently identified SLP-B and SLP-T in the peripheral blood are listed. The originality of this atlas is to describe immunological profiles obtained on different CMFs (LYRIC [Becton-Dickinson], FACS Canto II [Becton-Dickinson] and NAVIOS [Beckman-Coulter]), with different combinations of antibodies (clones and fluorochromes) and on three different hospital sites (GHS/Hospices Civils de LYON, CHU de Strasbourg and CHU de Poitiers) thus allowing the whole cytometry community to refer to it, whatever the CMF and the combination of antibodies used.
