Garrett, Brandon L.
- Abstract
The article focuses on the domestic prosecution of foreign corporations in the U.S. in 2012. Information is provided on how the U.S. Department of Justice has made the prosecution of corrupt foreign corporations a goal to protect the stability of the global market.
