- Authors
Holbrook, Michael R
- Abstract
An editorial is presented on the effectiveness of a single-cycle adenovirus vaccine against Ebola virus. Of particular interest is given to an article published within the issue about the concept of single-cycle replication viruses, noting its advantage over other studies. The benefit of a vaccine that induces protective immunity after a single inoculation for underserved clinical outbreak settings is discussed.
