- Abstract
An interview with retired Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) supervisory special agent Robert R. Hazelwood is presented. When asked about what attracted him to law enforcement, he says that he had not thought of becoming a law enforcement officer. Hazelwood says that his first assignment at the FBI was to investigate crimes on Norfolk, Virginia federal property and was later assigned to the Behavioral Science Unit (BSU). He says that his most interesting case was of a man who had been tried for the murder of his fiancé and was acquitted.
