- Abstract
Aiming at the problem of electromagnetic pollution in the frequency range of 10~100 MHz, aniline and Fe3O4 were used as functional materials, firstly, the coupling agent KH550 was used to modify Fe3O4,and then the in-situ polymerization method was used to prepare modified Fe3O4/polyaniline polyester-cotton composites at different reaction temperatures, exploring the effect of different reaction temperatures on the shielding and dielectric properties of the composite material.The study found that when the frequency was 10 MHz and the reaction temperature was 25 ℃,the maximum shielding effectiveness of the composite reached 12.69 dB;when the reaction temperature was 40 ℃,the real part and imaginary part of the dielectric constant of the composite had the largest values, with the maximum values reaching 3.24 and 0.57 respectively; When the reaction temperature was 50 ℃,the loss tangent value of the composite was the largest and the maximum value reached 0.19.The results can provide a reference for the preparation of functional composites.
