- Abstract
The article shares experiences in developing and implementing a virtual early childhood education program that may serve as a guide to develop teaching plans during crises. It outlines pedagogical considerations for online sessions including logistics, setting and routine, engagement through embodied and multimodal experiences, teacher and staff preparation and reflection. It shows the importance of communication and coordination with families before, during and after each virtual session.
