- Title
Difficult patients and clients.
- Abstract
This article presents experiences of several people related to dental care. A dental nurse Debbie Dibble, said that recently she had a patient who had not been to the practice for four months turn up and want to be seen there and then. He had not been to his last appointment and with orthodontic treatment one has to attend regularly or the appliance will not work. Hygienist Ged Durkin, gives a tip for managing skeptical patients. A technician Chris Howe says that relationships ore built around communication and if that breaks down, the relationship fails and one looses a client.
