- Abstract
The article presents focuses on the study by N. Rodondi and colleagues on levothyrorine therapy for patients with dyslipidemia and subclinical hypothyroidism (SCH) to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD). The authors have searched for published related studies from Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews and Medline which were evaluated. Results show that coronary heart disease (CHD) mortality and morbidity are high on patients with high levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH).
