- Authors
Powdrill, Samuel
- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 32-year-old female with complaints of unilateral, moderately painful, and red right eye. Upon evaluation of the patient's visual activity, eye pain, and the cornea and pupil, the patient was diagnosed with chronic open-angle glaucoma and iritis which is often caused by Tubercolosis or syphilis. The treatment for the patient involves constricting the pupil with pilocarpine eye drops and pupil dilation with short-acting mydriatic drops.
