- Abstract
In this article, the author discusses the aspects of health professions. He is pointing out to the unique capability and flexibility of physician assistants (PAs) to change specialties over the course of their careers without additional formal training. He also notes that such clinical flexibility permits PAs to adapt quickly to changing workforce needs and emerging medical practice niches.
