- Abstract
The article offers information on the decision of the Supreme Court of Canada in the case 'Tsilhqot'in Nation' in which the court established land title for the Tsilhqot'in First Nation. Topics discussed arrival of Europeans and their laws that made Indigenous populations subject to legal regimes, Canada's declaration of aboriginal title, and importance of the Tsilhqot'in case in the history of natives in Canada.
