- Abstract
In this article, the author argues on the need of reforms in property related laws for Nisga'a communities. Topics discussed include laws for regulating the nuisance caused between the land use, administration and the creation of property, impact of land management powers on the regulation of property transfer and laws made for regulating the problems raised for Nisga'a communities related to taxation of the matrimonial property.
