The article compares the concerns related to quick sales and involuntary creditors in context to corporate bankruptcy systems of the U.S. and Canada. It recommends that Canada should adopt certain aspects of the U.S. law in order to serve bankruptcy perspectives and the U.S. should gain an insight into Canadian system to ameliorate the efficiency of corporate bankruptcy system.
