- Abstract
The article discusses aspects on the argument of the International Labour Organisation's (ILO) Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendation (CEACR) that ILO Convention 87 (C87) was the source of the right of workers to strike. Topics discussed include the review of the statements of CEACR and statements in C87, CEACR examination of the scope of the right to strike stated in C87, and the Article 3 of C87 which states freedom of association.
