- Abstract
The article focuses on the judicial opinions of the U.S. Third Circuit Court on the lawsuits for the violation of First Amendment right to public access in constitution. Topics discussed include the laws for enabling the public to attend judicial proceedings, decision of the court on the lawsuit Richmond Newspapers Inc. v. Virginia, and the laws for regulating the right of public access to criminal trials under the First Amendment.
