- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 10-year old male with injury to the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) and posterolateral corner (PLC) of the knee and treated with ligament repair procedure. The patient underwent surgery to manage his tibia subluxation and ACL and PCL rupture commonly associated with multiligamentous knee injuries (MLKI)and the lateral meniscus repair was addressed. The reconstruction approach in pediatric knee dislocation is described.
