- Abstract
This paper examines the phenomenon of attrition in the banking sector in Algeria. It explores the personal, psychological, institutional, and environmental factors contributing to attrition, as well as its impacts on employee performance, quality of work, and the reputation and efficiency of the banking sector. Strategies to address attrition are discussed, including the role of human resources management and the use of technology and innovation to improve the work environment. The study utilizes qualitative methods like interviews and documentation analysis. Findings indicate that managing attrition requires improving leadership, providing training, implementing motivation policies, and leveraging technology to enhance operations and customer experience.
