- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 30 years old man who was found in a critical state in a staircase and died despite resuscitation attempts. It mentions that eight small plastic bags containing white powder were found in the jacket of the dead male, which was tested using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry and high-pressure liquid chromatography. The analysis of blood and vitreous humor samples showed the presence of mephedrone, a type of metamphethamine used as designer drug.
