- Abstract
The article analyzes the realities of intermarriage, social complexity and ethnic diversity in the genealogy of Judah listed in the Biblical Old Testament. Discussion is given on the numerous instances of intermarriage with non-Israelites in Biblical times, the appearance of non-Israelite individuals and groups within Judah's lineages, and books in the Old Testament which provide information on intermarriage.
