- Abstract
The coronary disease and diabetes are the most common diseases in Tetovo, therefore the aim of this study is to analyzing if there are changes in the level of these psychological distractionsand stress, depression and anxiety between patients with diabetes and coronary diseases. The research instrument used consists of socio-demographic questions and three tests: Cohen's stress measurement questionnaire, Beck's depression measurement questionnaire and Beck's anxiety measurement questionnaire. The sample of the study consists of N=200, including patients with heart coronary diseases and patients with diabetes. The results of the study proved since there are differences only in the level of stress [(F(1,198)= 44.057, p=0,00)] and anxiety [(F(1,198)=472.28 p=0,00] but not in the level of depression [(F(1,198)=0.283, p=1.05] between both groups of patients.
