- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 69‐year‐old woman with non‐ischemic cardiomyopathy (left ventricular ejection fraction 30%) and recurrent sustained VT s/p single chamber Medtronic Cobalt XT VR ICD implant presents with an ICD shock and several episodes of lightheadedness. Topics include the interrogation of the device reveals several VT episodes treated with ATP, and the device interrogation also demonstrates a normal lead pacing capture threshold and a measured R‐wave of 6.4mV.
