- Abstract
The analysis of mechanism kinematics is an important process of the mechanism design. It also provides an important basis to understand and use the mechanism. Taking a slider-crank mechanism that is used widely in the mechanical systems as the research object, the mathematical model of the mechanism is established by using the vector equation matrix method. Mathematical derivation is programmed and the motion analysis of the mechanism is realized with the help of Matlab. The graphs are plotted by running Matlab program to show the movement of the slider and crack of the mechanism change with time. Based on motion test experiment platform of the mechanism, a practical mechanism is set up. The real-time detection and analysis of the mechanism is done. The results show that the experimental test results are close to the theoretical calculation results. And the example shows the solution has high accuracy and efficiency by combining the two in the mechanism kinematics. This method is of some reference value for other complex mechanism motion analysis and research.
