- Abstract
The article focuses on the Kentucky Supreme Court Rule 1.13 which considers ethical rules for organizational clients. The Rule 1.13 highlights the lawyer's responsibility when organization's constituent violates the organizational client's legal obligations and describes lawyer's role for providing remedy. It addresses the relationship of the organization's attorney to its constituents and the lawyer's ability to maintain a distinct relationship.
