- Abstract
Gestational diabetes is a unique metabolic disease during pregnancy and is one of the main causes of adverse outcomes in mothers and children. The pathogenesis is not very clear so far. At present, it is considered that insulin resistance and islet B cell dysfunction caused by various factors are the main causes of pathogenesis. Among them, vitamin B12 is worthy of further investigation. The purpose of this article is to observe and analyze the role of vitamin B12 in the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes, analyze the role of vitamin B12 in pregnancy, understand the characteristics of gestational diabetes cells under a microscope, compare the concentration of vitamin B12 before and after, and the level of vitamin B12. The driving pathway of B12 in the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes. Using the method of this article, through the analysis of experimental data, we learned about the role of vitamin B12 in observing the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes under a microscope, and found that the role of vitamin B12 is also relatively large. Based on the combination of theory and experimental data, the analysis of gestational diabetes was analyzed. The relationship between vitamin B12 and pregnancy complications in the pathogenesis, research results show that lower concentrations of vitamin B12 can cause gestational diabetes, and gestational diabetes is often accompanied by relatively less vitamin B12.
