Renal vein thrombosis in neonates is a rare condition with a high morbidity rate. Initial laboratory work demonstrated renal impairment and Doppler renal ultrasound confirmed the diagnosis of bilateral RVT. In neonates, renal vein thrombosis (RVT) is the second most common thrombosis.
