- Abstract
The article highlights the importance of ethical leadership to the success and viability of an organization. It describes the concept of leadership ethics according to Mitchell Neubert, associate professor of Management and Entrepreneurship, as he teaches students in his Principled Leadership classes. Neubert, who holds the Chavanne Chair of Christian Ethics in Business, claims that he also talks about Christian leadership in his classes and how to incorporate Christian values in business.
